There is light in the dark. Your light.

There are moments that the darkness wants to rule. Moments that test your faith. Your faith in you. You can bring the light to yourself. Others can only help you see it, but only you can allow yourself to see the light in you.

It sounds difficult to understand that life has its dark moments and amazing moments covered with beautiful light. However, they say that in order to see the rainbow you have to put up with the rain.

”If you want to see rainbows you have to put up with the rain”.

You need the rain to make a rainbow as you need the dark moments to see the light, the solution, the meaning, the whole idea.

We need challenges, ‘mistakes’ and disappointments to learn and excel. We can find a way to stand up and continue our journey and try a new game. That’s why we need to expose ourselves to different experiences and get out of our comfort zone.

Change needs change to be effective and change starts from within. When we choose to shake our comfort zone, we learn to test our limits and excel because new experiences bring new opportunities too.

“You’re going to go through tough times – that’s life. But I say, ‘Nothing happens to you, it happens for you.’ See the positive in negative events.” – Joel Osteen

Seeking the light.

Every day is unique and every day is a new opportunity to change, start over, reinvent and excel. Nothing happens magically, changing the pattern brings a new dimension. The light will come out eventually as every new day too.

Changing the pattern means changing our ways, getting uncomfortable doesn’t always means bad but a challenge to learn new things, an exposure to new ideas and ways.

This will help with thinking in different ways, a different approach to life, seeing something new.

Help yourself and then help others.

It’s not a coincidence that giving is the greatest gift in life is giving,

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” — Winston S. Churchill

We are the solutions to our problems, we are the light.

Focus on the light and shine, you deserve it.
